This is not a spontaneous process, but the result of the targeted efforts and political will of the leaders of our countries, who have realized their common destiny and the potential for joint development. The fact that this process is gaining momentum in an atmosphere of mutual trust is a sign that regional cooperation, supported by the peoples of Central Asian countries, has become a large-scale necessity. We see that conditions have been created at the level of our states to bring our cooperation to a new stage of regional rapprochement. We have a strategic task ahead of us to translate the agreements reached into concrete results and benefits for citizens and businesses. Central Asia should not be just a document, but a common space where decisions are made and opportunities are jointly used to ensure sustainable development in the countries of the region and improve the daily lives of people.

At the current stage, the development of regional coordination in the “Central Asia Plus” formats and other international dialogue platforms, the development of agreed priorities and positions on issues of cooperation with external partners is becoming a strategic task. Only in this way can we enrich our cooperation with leading countries and associations of the world on the basis of specific projects that serve the economic and technological development and stability of our states and the entire region.

For Uzbekistan, the development of regional cooperation is not a tactical choice, but a conscious strategic decision arising from the awareness of common responsibility for the future of Central Asia.

We are convinced that in times of global uncertainty, good neighborliness, solidarity and mutual support are the main resources of Central Asia. Common security problems and development tasks that are difficult for the countries of the region to solve alone can be successfully solved through joint efforts. Strengthening trust and partnership meets the interests of millions of people who link their future with the peace, stability and development of our common homeland - Central Asia. Today, we are creating a solid foundation for a strong, stable and prosperous region - New Central Asia. The processes taking place in our region are a conscious and irreversible choice. This path requires us not only joint efforts, but also readiness to take responsibility for our common future. By combining our strengths and capabilities, we are solving common tasks, and we are also offering the international community our own model of peaceful and constructive cooperation, which has stood the test of time and life - based on trust, good neighborliness and mutual support. And today, it is more important than ever to maintain this historical momentum that will make Central Asia a single place of peace, prosperity and development for all nations and peoples living in our vast region.
