Self-Defense Training for Women and Girls | New Round 2025

Senior Lecturer Rakhmatova F.U. took part in this course as part of a project organized by the US Embassy in Tashkent, in close cooperation with the head coach of the women's national team of Uzbekistan and professional jiu-jitsu and judo instructors - graduates of US international exchange programs - with the goal of developing self-confidence and self-defense skills in girls and women, protecting them from physical violence, maintaining good physical shape and calm, and also successfully completed a course on studying a number of techniques and exercises.
